Keep Scotland Beautiful
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the latest campaign by Keep Scotland Beautiful which, through adverts on the rear of buses, reminds motorists not to throw litter out of their vehicles and regrets that roadside litter, in addition to despoiling the countryside, costs the Scottish taxpayer £1 million a year in collection.
