Moray Sustainability Handbook
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Moray Sustainable Forum and the Rural Environmental Action Partnership for the production of their excellent Moray Sustainability Handbook; believes that this is a stunningly useful and comprehensive resource that will enable many people in Moray to take practical steps to reduce their environmental footprints and adopt more sustainable lifestyles, and urges all other local authorities and the Scottish Executive to promote the creation of similar guidebooks for people throughout Scotland.
