"Torture Flights" on Scottish Soil
The motion
As an amendment to motion S2M-03766 in the name of Frances Curran ("Torture Flights" on Scottish Soil), insert at end “notes that there is growing and significant evidence of people being tortured following abduction and kidnap by the CIA; further notes that Amnesty International has published a list of dates when Gulfstream V, registration N379P, used by the CIA for rendition to countries where torture is alleged to have taken place, has refuelled at Prestwick Airport, and considers that the police may be in dereliction of their duty if they do not investigate these very serious Amnesty International reports.”
