As an amendment to motion S2M-03795 in the name of Mr John Swinney (Local Government Finance), after first “council tax” insert “and recognises that these alterations would enable all pensioner household council tax liability to be reduced by 50% and those single pensioner households which currently receive a 50% rebate to have this further increased to a 75% rebate”
