As an amendment to motion S2M-04145 in the name of Brian Adam (Sports Facilities), leave out from “in spite of” to end and insert “because of the investment made by the Scottish Executive in supporting elite athletes through the creation of the Scottish Institute of Sport and the provision of a new pool and National Swimming Academy promoted by sportscotland at the University of Stirling.”
