The Draft Conservation (Natural Habitats, &c.) Amendment (No. 2) (Scotland) Regulations 2007

As an amendment to motion S3M-00252 in the name of Richard Lochhead (The Draft Conservation (Natural Habitats, &c.) Amendment (No. 2) (Scotland) Regulations 2007), insert at end “and, in so doing, requests the Scottish Government to invite Her Majesty’s Government to consider complementary legislative measures to protect environmentally sensitive sites such as the Firth of Forth.”
