Domestic Heating Oil

That the Parliament notes with concern the impact of the soaring price of domestic heating oil on Scotland’s pensioners and poorer families and calls on the Scottish Government to bring forward proposals as to how people and families most affected can be assisted, both financially and by the introduction of further insulation and energy efficiency schemes.
