VAT Relief on the Renovation of Listed Buildings

That the Parliament asks the Scottish Executive to make representations to Her Majesty’s Government to end VAT on the renovation of listed buildings and recognises that VAT on the renovation of historic buildings is a disincentive to properly maintain our cultural and architectural history.
