Getting it Right for Every Child

As an amendment to motion S3M-02480 in the name of Fiona Hyslop (Getting it Right for Every Child), insert at end “and therefore voices its concern at the impact on vulnerable children of rising class sizes, cuts in the number of health visitors and cuts in the number of teachers of children with additional support needs, and calls on the Scottish Government to honour its pledge to pay kinship carers allowance to grandparents.”
