Care Standards in Scotland
The motion
That the Parliament expresses its serious concern at the recent revelations in the BBC Panorama programme about care standards in Scotland and believes that the practice of reverse auction tendering for care services should be banned by all local authorities and that the Care Commission must take immediate action to investigate all of the care services provided by all of Scotland’s commercial care providers.
