Scotland Needs a General Election

As an amendment to motion S3M-04344 in the name of Annabel Goldie (Scotland Needs a General Election), insert at end “, and calls on the Scottish Government to work with other parties in the Scottish Parliament to agree an education and information campaign as to the constitutional options open to Scottish voters that might, depending on the outcome of the general election, form the basis for negotiations with the Westminster government to transfer sovereignty to the Scottish Parliament.”
