The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Gil Campbell on completing his five-year walk round Scotland’s coast at Gretna on Saturday 29 August 2009, recognises the scale of Mr Campbell’s achievement; supports all the other individuals who are undertaking the same project; welcomes his commitment to the concept of a Scottish coastal path, and believes that the creation of such a long-distance route would be a valuable addition to all that the Scottish outdoors has to offer.
