The motion
As an amendment to motion S3M-05929 in the name of Kenny MacAskill (Serious and Organised Crime), insert at end “and asks the Scottish Government to keep the entire issue of serious and organised crime under review in order that any further measures that may be deemed necessary can be considered.”
