The motion
As an amendment to motion S3M-06033 in the name of Kenny MacAskill (Double Jeopardy), leave out from “and for this” to end and insert “; welcomes the Scottish Government’s consultation on this issue, and believes that legislation should be brought forward as soon as practically possible.”
