As an amendment to motion S3M-06143 in the name of Fiona Hyslop (Gaelic - An Action Plan for Gaelic), insert at end “and recommends that the Parliament and Bòrd na Gàidhlig pay close attention to the New Zealand Government’s successful initiatives to increase the numbers of Maori language speakers.”
