As an amendment to motion S3M-06295 in the name of Nicola Sturgeon (NHS Quality Strategy), insert at end “but further notes that NHS boards, while accepting that there is scope for further efficiency savings, are concerned that the proposed efficiencies of 2%, 4% and 6% over the next three years will impact adversely on frontline services.”
