As an amendment to motion S3M-06409 in the name of Annabel Goldie (Relationships between HM Government and the Scottish Parliament and Government), insert at end “, and believes that the UK Government’s programme, including plans to raise the income tax threshold to £10,000, build a new, sustainable economy and reform the political system, will put fairness at the heart of government and deliver real benefits to the people of Scotland.”
