Scottish Parliament Election and the Proposed Alternative Vote Referendum

As an amendment to motion S3M-06768 in the name of Kenneth Gibson (Scottish Parliament Election and the Proposed Alternative Vote Referendum), leave out from “notes” to end and insert “believes that the people of Scotland are capable of voting in a Scottish Parliament election and an alternative vote referendum on the same day, as are 30 million people in England who also have elections on 5 May 2011.”
