Congratulations to the Cramond Association on its 50th Anniversary
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Cramond Association on its 50th anniversary; notes that the association will run a series of events in the week beginning 6 September 2010 to celebrate, including genealogy workshops and guided walks around Cramond’s Roman fort, which was built around 142 AD; further notes the continued hard work of the association in promoting the amenity of the community of Cramond, Barnton and Cammo; commends its work to safeguard the area’s heritage, and wishes the association another prosperous 50 years.
