Refresh of the Skills Strategy

As an amendment to motion S3M-07164 in the name of Keith Brown (Refresh of the Skills Strategy), insert at end “ and calls on the Scottish Government to ensure that there is sustained investment in skills training to meet the recognised demand for a well skilled, well trained workforce.”
