Managing Scotland’s Finances

As an amendment to motion S3M-07330 in the name of Andy Kerr (Managing Scotland’s Finances), leave out from first “notes” to end and insert “believes that, in order for local authorities, NHS boards, universities, colleges and the wider public sector to plan services most effectively, the Scottish Government should publish a spending review for the period 2011-12 to 2014-15 in addition to its one-year budget proposals for 2011-12.”
