As an amendment to motion S3M-07427 in the name of Jim Mather (AV Referendum and 2011 Scottish Parliament Election Clash), leave out from “notes” to end and insert “believes that the people of Scotland are clever enough to manage to vote in a Scottish Parliament election and the AV Referendum on the same day”.
