Community Champions from Cranhill
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates all of the winners of the Evening Times Community Champions awards; congratulates the 17-year-old Tortolano twins from Cranhill, Annemarie and Angela, on their joint award in representing young people’s issues; further congratulates Annemarie on being a finalist in the Young Individual category; recognises the value that community champions bring to their area, and welcomes this recognition of these community champions, who it considers work tirelessly to help build the communities of Cranhill and Glasgow as a wider area.
