That the Education, Lifelong Learning and Culture Committee recommends that the Children's Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 (Consequential Provision) and Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 (Amendment of Specified Authorities) Order be approved.
