Infrastructure and Investment Plan

As an amendment to motion S4M-01584 in the name of Alex Neil (Infrastructure and Investment Plan), leave out from "to help" to end and insert "and, while welcoming the publication of the Scottish Government’s Infrastructure Investment Plan 2011, notes with interest that most of the projects have been deferred till after 2016, and further calls on ministers to set out a detailed timetable of projects with allocated budgets, along with their preferred funding option for each."
