Celebrating Aberdour Railway Station’s Mr Francis

That the Parliament congratulates the Aberdour Station Master, Trevor Francis, who has been appointed an MBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List; salutes the hard work and dedication shown by Mr Francis, who over the last 20 years, has given many hours of his own free time in maintaining the station’s many floral displays; notes that, as a result of his diligence, Mr Francis has received a number of awards, including Best Station Garden at the Community Rail Awards in 2005; thanks Mr Francis for his hard work in making the station what is considered such a pleasant environment for commuters and tourists alike, and wishes him every success for the future.
