Promotion of Stranraer Football Club
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Stranraer Football Club on gaining promotion to the Scottish Second Division; believes that this will have a positive impact on the division and represents a timely boost for the town; looks forward to the resumption of competitive derby fixtures between Stranraer and Queen of the South, and wishes the club the very best of success for the forthcoming season.
