As an amendment to motion S4M-04061 in the name of Derek Mackay (Consultation on the Proposed Community Empowerment and Renewal Bill), insert at end ", and notes in particular the need to learn lessons from the successes and experiences of rural communities exercising their right to buy using the legislation introduced in the first parliamentary session and acknowledges that support for communities and access to finance was critical and that effective community management and cooperative models are key to the long-term success of empowering and renewing communities."
