Approval of SSI

As an amendment to motion S4M-05924 in the name of John Swinney (Approval of SSI), insert at end "but, in so doing, considers that the Scottish Government should mitigate the impact of the so-called bedroom tax and respond positively to COSLA's call for the Scottish Government to fully fund the replacement scheme for council tax benefit as the National Assembly for Wales has done."
