As an amendment to motion S4M-07734 in the name of John Swinney (Scotland's Economy), leave out from “agrees” to end and insert “is disappointed that the Scottish Government appears to focus almost exclusively on the issue of independence; regrets the lack of measures that could help the economy in the draft budget 2014-15, and calls on the Scottish Government to focus more effectively on using the economic powers that it currently has.”
