Town Centre Action Plan

As an amendment to motion S4M-08769 in the name of Derek Mackay (Town Centre Action Plan), insert at end "; recognises the importance of investment in housing to help regenerate Scotland's town centres, and acknowledges that to properly implement the Town Centre Action Plan and reinvigorate town centres there must be significantly more investment than the £2.75 million currently set aside in the Town Centre Housing Fund.”
