Common Agricultural Policy

As an amendment to motion S4M-08857 in the name of Richard Lochhead (Common Agricultural Policy), leave out from "agrees" to end and insert "encourages the Scottish Government to focus on implementing a common agricultural policy (CAP) support system that is tailored to Scotland’s needs, avoiding any solution that is based solely on simplicity of implementation, and urges the Scottish Government to announce the final shape of CAP support as soon as possible after the conclusion of the consultations to allow Scotland’s farmers to plan for the future."
