Update on Delivering the 2020 Vision in NHS Scotland

As an amendment to motion S4M-09222 in the name of Alex Neil (Update on Delivering the 2020 Vision in NHS Scotland), insert at end "; believes that innovation and digital technology will play a significant role in delivering the 2020 vision; accepts that it is also essential to identify pressures on the service in order to secure successful and effective services for the future, and further believes that the Scottish Government should undertake an immediate and independent review of the NHS to identify pressure points and a long-term way forward for the future of health services".
