Working in Partnership to End the Practice of Female Genital Mutilation

As an amendment to motion S4M-12241 in the name of Alex Neil (Working in Partnership to End the Practice of Female Genital Mutilation), insert at end "; is disappointed that, despite these efforts, there have been so few prosecutions, and calls on the Scottish Government to review its investment to ensure that it is effective and supports long-term sustainable community development in at-risk communities".
