As an amendment to motion S4M-12491 in the name of Willie Rennie (Privacy and the State), leave out from “if it wishes” to end and insert "to report back to the Parliament on its response to the consultation before outlining the further steps that it intends to take on this matter, consistent with its adherence to privacy principles and the Local Electoral Administration and Registration Services (Scotland) Act 2006".
