Earthquake in Kathmandu

That the Parliament and the Scottish people deeply regret the consequences of the Asian earthquake and its impact on the people of Kathmandu and Nepal and on its World Heritage architecture and is confident that the Scottish Government and the people of Scotland will do everything that they can to mitigate some of that impact.
