The motion
As an amendment to motion S4M-13134 in the name of Richard Lochhead (Circular Economy (Waste Management)), after "strategy" insert "; urges the Scottish Government to work with Scottish businesses and their representative organisations to ensure that unnecessary regulations and bureaucracy are avoided".
