Inquiries into Fatal Accidents and Sudden Deaths etc. (Scotland) Bill

As an amendment to motion S4M-14328 in the name of Paul Wheelhouse (Inquiries into Fatal Accidents and Sudden Deaths etc. (Scotland) Bill), insert at end “; but, in so doing, notes that the Justice Committee also agreed the general principles of the Inquiries into Deaths (Scotland) Bill introduced by Patricia Ferguson MSP, and agrees with the Justice Committee that the Scottish Government and the member should work together to strengthen the government’s Bill at stage 2."
