The motion
As an amendment to motion S4M-15282 in the name of Angela Constance (Delivering a World Class Education System), insert at end ", and considers that the OECD report should be seen in conjunction with the final report of the Commission on School Reform, which highlighted concerns about 'disempowerment' in the school system and recommended greater autonomy for schools."
