The motion
As an amendment to motion S4M-15429 in the name of Michael McMahon (Criminal Verdicts (Scotland) Bill), insert at end "and, in so doing, notes that a clear majority of the Justice Committee support the intention of the Bill to abolish the not proven verdict".
