St Andrew’s Hospice Refurbishment Gets Go-ahead
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the news that St Andrew’s Hospice in Airdrie is going ahead with its planned upgrade; recognises that the charity has been raising money for this refurbishment for some time; understands that the £9 million project will increase the number of rooms and improve facilities; notes that the patients will be moved to Wester Moffat Hospital until the work is complete, and commends everyone involved with the regeneration plans.
