Approval of SSI

As an amendment to amendment S5M-02121.1 in the name of Andy Wightman (Approval of SSI), leave out from "regrets" to "should be" and insert “recognises the importance of local accountability and autonomy in taxation, believes that reform should improve progressivity and fairness and calls for further consideration of the recommendations of the Commission on Local Tax Reform and”.
