Protecting Public Services

As an amendment to motion S5M-09888 in the name of James Kelly (Protecting Public Services), leave out from “believes” to end and insert “notes the publication of the Scottish Government Draft Budget 2018-19; welcomes the ongoing scrutiny of the Draft Budget by the Parliament, including by the Finance and Constitution Committee, and agrees that further discussions should take place during the forthcoming Budget Bill process.”
