Better Buses

As an amendment to motion S5M-11289 in the name of John Finnie (Better Buses), leave out from "set" to end and insert "work with local authorities and other partners to achieve this, promote smart and integrated ticketing and protect the national concessionary travel scheme, which was introduced by the Liberal Democrat-Labour administration in 2006, given that reducing the total number of people eligible for it would be detrimental to the sustainability of bus services and efforts to promote the use of greener forms of transport."
