The motion

As an amendment to motion S5M-14059 in the name of Ivan McKee (Scotland's Role in the Development of Future UK Trade Arrangements), leave out from “the intention” to the end and insert “notes that international relations, including relations with the EU and the regulation of international trade, are expressly reserved to the UK Parliament under the Scotland Act 1998; calls on all parliaments, assemblies and governments in the UK to ensure that the UK’s withdrawal from the EU is delivered compatibly with the UK’s devolution arrangements, respecting both that which is devolved and that which is reserved, and considers that this will require effective and extensive collaborative working between all parliaments, assemblies and governments in the UK.”
