As an amendment to motion S5M-14509 in the name of Kate Forbes (A Digital Society for All: Working Together to Maximise the Benefits of Digital Inclusion), insert at end "; considers that improving access and digital skills in rural and remote areas is critical to boosting the economy, making the most of the talents of all Scotland's people and ensuring that they are able to access the full range of services they need, and calls on the Scottish Government to ensure that its target of 100% superfast broadband coverage is achieved before 1 May 2021 rather than 31 December 2021."
