As an amendment to motion S5M-14521 in the name of Alison Harris (Early Years), insert at end "; supports the existing entitlement of 600 hours of funded early learning and childcare and the expansion to 1,140 hours from August 2020, but regrets that policies are behind schedule and that it remains far from clear whether the additional staff required will be found."
