Celebrating Take a Hike Team
The motion
That the Parliament recognises the Take a Hike team, from North Lanarkshire Council's Legal Services Team, for winning the Autumn Step Count Challenge; understands that the Take a Hike team was the outstanding winner out of the over 420 teams that participated; acknowledges that the main goal of this challenge is to stop long durations of sedentary behaviour; believes that it is absolutely essential to encourage people to be active during the working day; congratulates the Take a Hike team on its victory, and wishes those involved all the very best for the future.
