Funding Boost for St Patrick's, Shieldmuir
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates St Patrick’s RC Church in Shieldmuir, Wishaw on being awarded £8,383 by the SUEZ Communities Trust; recognises that the award will be used to upgrade the heating system in the church hall as part of its energy efficiency refurbishment project, which has already seen the hall rewired, the installation of a stairlift, roof repairs and the toilets refurbished; commends the SUEZ Communities Trust for supporting community projects such as this, and wishes everyone at St Patrick’s continued success with their refurbishment programme.
