Happy Retirement to Roddy Nicolson
The motion
That the Parliament commends Roddy Nicolson on providing over 35 years of service at the Lewis Citizens Advice Bureau, including latterly in his role as the strategic manager of the Western Isles Citizens Advice Services; understands that Roddy contributed to establishing an independent advice organisation on the island; recognises that he has been instrumental in the development of the organisation; notes the important role that he has played in helping clients to solve thousands of problems over the years; congratulates Roddy on his well-deserved retirement, and sends its best wishes to him, his wife, Catherine Ann, and his family.
